The reason for this review is because one of the spinning pins doesn’t stay in place when I place it at any location. On top of this, I had to reach out to the seller 3 times before they would respond. Twice through email which they never responded to and then finally on instagram. They basically told me that I could place the pin horizontally and it would be fine…except pins are displayed vertically so their solution isn’t applicable and honestly a bad solution because the whole point of a pin is to show it off. I pointed this out and all they can do is offer a return but this is a sold out design so ideally I’d like a partial refund which they can’t do…also they packed my order so full that it opened during transit. Thankfully nothing was stolen but I believe I should have gotten a discount on this order or a future order due to their packing which honestly could have caused harm to the pin during transit. Next time they need to package larger orders in boxes and not bubble mailers…
