We aim to dispatch all goods as soon as is reasonably possible following receipt of your online order.
PLEASE READ: Please be aware, Tracked shipping is not included when sending internationally from the UK and is an additional charge. We share 30% of tracked shipping charges and would recommend this option. If you do not choose INTERNATIONAL TRACKED at checkout we unfortunately can not be held responsible for lost postage

All Domestic UK Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, please allow up to 21 business days for Orders to be received. Orders will be shipped using Royal Mail 1st Class.
INTERNATIONAL: Orders outside of the UK are shipped Royal Mail International Priority, parcels are NOT Tracked or Insured. Estimated shipping time is 7-14 business days but may take up to 30 business days.
INTERNATIONAL TRACKED: For Tracking on Orders outside of the UK please select the Royal Mail International Tracked option at checkout. We share over 30% of tracked shipping costs with you, we advise for you to select this option. Estimated Shipping time 12-14 business days, may take up to 30 business days. Tracked shipping is INSURED.
We do not take responsibility for any orders affected by a loss of postage unless tracked shipping was selected at Checkout. If you selected Standard Shipping your item is not insured.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirming when an order has been shipped that will include your Tracking number if the Tracked shipping option was selected at checkout. You can track your item here.
If you have recently placed an order and you think the delivery of your order is overdue Contact Us including details you feel are relevant to your query and we will take appropriate action.
Before contacting us about a late delivery we kindly ask you to consider any Non-Working Days that may affect the delivery timeline.
