RETURNS POLICY & PROCEDURE

Introduction

We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. To enable you to return products to us, please read the following.

Returns Policy

To receive a refund, you are nonetheless entitled to return a product to us where:

  • we receive the returned product within 14 days following the date of delivery
  • the returned product is unused

Customers are required to cover any costs associated with returning item/s to us.

You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy.

Domestic (UK) Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unused items with tags within 14 days of delivery.
If you would like to move forward and return all or part of your order, please contact us through the Contact Us page. 
All refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. Shipping costs are not refundable. 

What should I do if I received a defective product?

If you feel as though the product you received was defective, please send a photo of the unused item and a brief explanation of the defect,  please contact us through  Contact Us 
Please contact us within 14 days of arrival of your order if defective.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes - you will have to pay for the cost to send the item back. We are not responsible for return shipping costs on all purchases.

Do you offer exchanges?

No, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you’d like to make an exchange, simply return the original unused order back to us for a refund and make a new purchase for the item you want through our site :)

We will send you a full refund for any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy.

 

 
International Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?

If you would like to move forward and return all or part of your order, please Contact Us
You will be responsible for shipping the item back.  Grape Soda Club is unfortunately unable to provide international return labels at this time.
All refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. Shipping costs are not refundable. 
Please note when sending the item back internationally:
If you are based internationally, you would need to send the item back in a paper envelope, not in the bubble mailer it was sent in nor poly mailer.
Please keep it as light as possible, so there isn't a need to package it other than just popping the pin into the paper envelope. 
This should allow the cheapest shipping of less than $3 back to the UK. Grape Soda Club is not responsible for this shipping cost.
Please enclose the returned product and also a note of the returned sender, ie, your name if possible.
